I had my Lippy for 13 years and he was a devoted Shitzu that loved his family very much. He use to play with a hamburger squeak toy and slide down the hallway trying to catch it. He loved to go outside on a sunny day and lay in the grass. He didn't like to get up in the morning, he was not an early riser. He had a favorite bed that was a fuzzy lion king chair he slept in for all those years. He didn't like the snow. That was the only time he would growl and let you know he didn't wish to go out in it to go do his business. He always liked running and you could see his little tail bouncing as he ran. He had a bark that was distinctive only to him.His favorite time of year was Christmas! He would wait with anticipation for the tree lights to come on. He would sniff out his doggie treats under the tree and try to open them before Christmas. Christmas morning he would start barking and get all excited about his treats and toys he was getting.

He passed away this last year while I held him in my arms. He looked at me knowing he was going away from me. I sensed he new this. I told him I loved him and to close your eyes and go to the rainbow bridge where others will greet him. He did just that. I cried so hard my heart was physically hurting from the pain. I could hardly breath. Christmas will be lonely this year. But I know his spirit will be right by the tree, waiting with anticipation. ~ Echo 12/01/2009

Bee Bee Girl is very special German Shep. We rescued her from an abusive situation. They would leave her out in thunder and lightning storms when she was just a baby pup and to this day she cries when the storms come. She has to be very close to us all. She is a bit high strung but she is a lovable, devoted girl that we love very much. We buy her toys, bones etc. and she will devour them in hours. She loves to play in the backyard with the other 2 dogs Mackie Moo and Mr. Bo Jangles. She also loves lots of attention.

optimism and courage.

Always know that there are those whose love and understanding will
always be there, even when you feel most alone.

May a kind word, a reassuring touch, a warm smile be yours every day of
your life, and may you give these gifts as well as receive them.

Remember the sunshine when the storm seems unending.

Teach love to those who know hate, and let that love embrace you as you
go into the world.

May the teaching of those you admire become part of you, so that you may
call upon them.

Remember, those whose lives you have touched and who have touched yours
are always a part of you, even if the encounters were less than you
would have wished.

May you not become too concerned with material matters, but instead
place immeasurable value on the goodness in your heart.

Find time in each day to see the beauty and love in the world around
you.

Realize that each person has limitless abilities, but each of us is
different in our own way.

What you may feel you lack in one regard may be more than compensated
for in another.

What you feel you lack in the present may become one of your strengths
in the future.

May you see your future as one filled with promise and possibility.

Learn to view everything as a worthwhile experience.

May you find enough inner strength to determine your own worth by
yourself, and not be dependent on an other's judgments of your
accomplishments.

May you always feel loved.
